In the event that an item is back-ordered, we will e-mail you to let you know when the item is expected, e-mail you when it comes in, and give you 10% off that item . We use DHL Ground as our main method of shipping to the continental United States. You will be shown the low shipping charge after each item you place in your shopping basket. Click here to see a map of estimated delivery times. DHL 2nd Day, and Next Day are also available—see your shopping cart for options and costs.
Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, FPOs
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service to these locations—usually Priority Mail, but Express Mail is available. To order, shop in our online stores as you normally would. Our shopping cart will calculate the cost for shipping to the continental United States. If the actual cost of shipping your order is more than the amount shown, we will advise you of the actual charges and ship upon your approval.
For now, we are unable to ship outside the United States.

During our store closing sale, all online sales are final.

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us. If the merchandise was damaged in transit, we will file a claim and replace your merchandise. Please retain all packing materials and paperwork to help us with the claim. If the merchandise is otherwise defective, we may choose to repair or replace the defective part, or replace the entire item.
